Superman gone nose dive

Was out getting the shots with Troy Rozsypalek when the first superman of the day went Very wrong. I ended up landing on my head and shoulder but I tried my best to roll but at that angle it was a little hard. As I ended up on my feet everything was black but I heard my AC snap on impact and knew I was out for a long time.
