 watching this i felt so guilty whilst having my post ride beer and burrito.

 I do most of those things as a college javelin thrower. I think we'd never be allowed to stand on a exercise ball while holding a weight in our hands.... looks like the hardest one too.

 nino is a beast. i couldnt do a single one of these balancing exercises to save my life.
