#DelamereAintDead - Josh Gleave
Who the hell is Josh Gleave? Well, he's a farmer from Cheshire in the UK and the first thing he said to me was that he'd been 'playing with nipples' – or milking cows if you didn't connect the dots. It turns out he's an absolute don at his local trails of Delamere Forest, and his cornering is something of a spectacle.

a moment of silence for those brave berms lost in this battle of bike and earth.

Delamere had some great singletrack till the forestry commission turned up and started logging. At least the bike skills area is still intact.

There are some good off the beaten track routes left especially on the north side of the forest and the ones next to the railway line make a good brief blast. Some on the east side but the logging has destroyed much of the good stuff around the lake. Further you get from the visitor centre the better.

Most of the stuff is back. Lots of people building there now so you turn up each weekend and there's something new!
