How now to drop at Llangollen!

the story behind this disaster! . a team mate kindly offered to lend me his new demo for the drop. it had flat pedals on and me clip in shoes. feet came off! so to compensate i chucked the bike forward... the bike used full compression and.... lesson kids don't do drops on bikes that rnt yours! #BritishArmyDHTeam
