Sending a branch through my shoulder

Went down against a fallen log and sent a small branch into my shoulder.

i had this happend but it went into the left side of my chest, from a 4 foot fall. took me a while to get the balls to pull it out as well.

Went over the bars and sideways and fell against a fallen log. My shoulder landed against a branch that jutted out from the trunk and it skewered my shoulder. I was stuck to it, thats for sure. Took me awhile to get the balls to pull myself off it.
