 You should deinterlace before uploading. That's why you have all those lines.

 Nah it was fine before uploading, then pinkibike converted it...

 Flash does not de-interlace. The player that you had, automatically de-interlaces so it look fine to you, but the flash player does not. So you should deinterlace and that would solve this problem.

 You edited on an interlaced timeline. This footage was progressive so you screwed up there...
