Yesssss! I've been missing your vids dude! So sick, I'm glad you're back up and riding. I'll be at Northstar a few times this season, we gotta ride dude (although you'll slay me down the trail).

I just got surgery for PCL a month ago, 8 months to go. How was the recovery. Any tips on getting back as soon as possible?

i didn't get surgery. surgery takes longer because it has to fuse to the bone. with pt, it's strength training. surgery would only improve the laxity in my knee a little bit. it was not worth it at this point. i think pcl surgery will improve in the future and perhaps i'll get surgery then if needed. my tips are to train smart, and earn it. you only have one body, the healing phase only happens once.

I lost all my PCL (as it turns out) and did lots of pt. It kept swelling up for the last year and a half and giving me trouble. I got surgery a month ago...
Sorry I thought you got surgery.
No surgery was nice, but it depends on how bad it is and how active you are. DH never hurt my knee, but pedaling and hiking up did. Not to mention I could not run without causing my knee to turn into a balloon.
Best of recovery.
We should ride sometime. I will be good late summer/fall.

good edit but with all due respect i think the demo is over kill on this trail, a 5 inch bike can ride faster on a trail like that, but that just me.
