Cannondale Carbon 1 Broken in a little jump
With a jump of only 1.5 m Cannondale Moto Carbon broke. I am very disappointed with the Cannondale does not want to accept my assurance due, because they say the store where I bought it was not an authorized delear. Still do not believe that a great brand like Cannondale does not care about their customers. I'm very sad about this situation

Hello. Thank you very much for you all for trying to help me with this problem. I sent a lot emails to Cannondale, but are not answering me more. Unfortunately I continue with my broken frame and without any help. I was passionate about Cannondale, but this problem was very disappointed and just want to show my problem to other bikers. I will continue trying to contact.

i really not looking if the store that i bought my Moto it's a authorized dealer, but the frame comes with original pack, manuals, warranty card and as i booked in website Cannondale and i received the confirmation of my register, i belive i have every rights for warranty, but Cannondale not anwser me. I'm really desappoited with Cannondale
