FWIW like many other parents of youth racers i'm looking at different options should my boy make the grade and there's lots of talk in the paddock and teams about the Privateers being forced out of racing. This clearly is a MASSIVE step and incentive to any of the guys looking for National jerseys, so i think it's honestly fantastic to see. It may not be perfect with the haul to the top/bottom etc, but you know what, i bet it made a lot of peoples races a lot easier than it could have been.

Interview: Data Acquisition & Developing Future Champions with Nick Lester - Team Manager of the Muc-Off Young Guns
Fab interview. Many many youth and juvenile riders now spend time with a data acquisition guy, my boy included and they are worth their weight in gold, but it's not just about the computer and the potentiometers, it's the questions, answers and interpretation of both sides, rider and engineer.
When the riders know the bike is right they're far more able to trust it and themselves.

@owl-X: it's a disgrace really isn't it. To remove semis is just bang out of order for viewers. To not even make people aware of it in announcements is even worse.

@Dagabba: Sunday I can see on 'upcoming' on discovery, but I was sure we were getting qualifying and semis. It'll be crap if the best we get is watching a little counter tick up
