Frameworks DH Bikes Stolen in Milton Keynes, UK
lol you don’t know the UK at all. Robbing bikes is a national pastime anctive encouraged by the police and that dystopian hell hole Milton Keynes is where we keep our absolute best bike thieves. Word on the the street is that it’s already got an ebike conversion and been used successfully in over five iPhone snatchings.

Chris King Introduces Generation 4 Hub System
@snide: I mean it’s pretty hard to feed a perfectly flat sheet a steel into a laser cutter and get it wrong where Shimano seem incapable of following through with their own designs by making a perfectly straight centre lock rotor right out of the box. Which is one of the reasons why shimano brakes have massive clearance because they know the rotors won’t be straight then you have the whole issue of the rotor rocking on the splines and coming loose, which you won’t have the tool to tighten out on the trail unlike 6 bolt. Probably the worst design in mountain biking. I won’t take anyone seriously who choose to use centrelock unfortunately so you’d be wasting your time responding as you’re obviously clueless. ;)

Chris King Introduces Generation 4 Hub System
I mean you’re talking about a company that ditched 6 bolt, what do you expect? They were a game changer back in the days of cup and cone Shimano hubs but these days you’d be better off on Hope / DT Swiss.

[UPDATED] Elite Finals Results & Overall Standings from the Fort William DH World Cup 2024
@Fill-Freakin: crash right in front of me. It was just one of those crashes. Leaning the bike over a rock and the front wheel went airborne like he stuck it over the top of a berm. My mate got a clip of it didn’t make the show. https://www.instagram.com/reel/C6ln9yos6Iv/?igsh=b2J0b3NxNXc0NWly

YT Industries Announces Vans Collaboration
@93EXCivic: they’re as hit and miss any always. Same issues with the sole coming away from catching the cranks. I’ve got a pair of skate mids bmx which have been my main riding shoes that are solid after two years I got another pair and the sole came off after 6 months. Still the best for BMX though even if they might instantly disintegrate.

YT Industries Announces Vans Collaboration
@suspended-flesh: they’re usable at best and pretty sketchy if your ride anywhere wet a muddy. I mean I’ve done it a bunch of times when I’ve forgotten my five tens because the chances are I’d be wearing a pair but definitely would not recommend for DH. A impact pro would be a huge upgrade over a pair of vans in a DH race.

@Stuartkbmx: agreed don’t buy his Vans shoes. Spend your money elsewhere. Support signature shoes from riders who aren’t dicks.

YT Industries Announces Vans Collaboration
No they’re not suitable for mountain biking really if they’re the pro BMX range. They’re just an overbuilt version of a regular vans with a pop Cush insert. Amazing for BMX but not support for DH at all.
