This is a great bike and the bike rides very smooth just like a steel frame should. Don't let the name KHS scare you off. This is and was a very high end frame in the day, and it is believed this frame was hand built in the US. If you don't know John Howard was a professional triathlete, but this is not a tri frame. I used to work at Top Gear Bicycle Shop in Wexford as the Head Mechanic, before moving this bike received a full tune along with new cables and housing done by me.
