my point was not about amount of cogs, however about smaller cog size, 9-45 cassette with 9-10-12 gears.

Pinkbike Poll: Riser Bar or Extra Spacers Under the Stem?
I use stem spacers out of the box, in case that is not enough - riser bar, however spacers designed to do final adjustment for rider, same as trim the handlebar, purchase pedals, etc

11 is a huge bummer with 45 upper limit, downsizing smaller cog dramatically increase range with minimal weight penalty

Pinkbike Poll: Do You Use Your Climb Switch?
I have 3 position switch, I use more like for overall ride, like flow trail will be in the middle, park ride - open, etc. I do not see benefits of climb switch for the uphill. I have similar switch on the vehicle so depending on freeway/washboard I flip the switch. I do gee with electronic use within suspension much more practical then in SHIFTING OR DROPPER
