Hi, sorry for the late reply. On Banshee's homepage is written 8.5lbs (3.85kg) with medium frame and CCDB. Mine is a large frame with the lighter shock. I think it will also be between 3.6 - 3.8 kg. ;) Cheers

np. I wanted to built a uphill bike and for that i wanted a shock with "lock" function. I saw that the 2014 CCDBA has a climb position too but i didn't know if it was in the Banshee Rune of 2014. If it was a good decision is the question, which will turn out. That the CCDB works better to go downhill is without question and priced would also not have been much in between but the fact that i have a downhillbike and that i wanted to built a uphillbike or an "allrounder" i deciced to take the Fox Float X. ;)

I've been thinking a lot..to take the fox Float x or the CCDBAir. Finally i decided to take the Fox because of the CTD, which works really well (didn't expect that and i wanted a shock with "lock" function). First time descenting it felt "new" but now, after 2 weeks and some playing around with the settings (Air Pressure, 3 Compression Positions from soft to firm and rebound), it works fine. Thats the only thing i can say till now. Have to ride more to give more info ;) and i'm curious how long i can ride it without problems ( i'm not the lightest person :D)
