Sometimes I hate that I moved away from Bellingham (and my second son was just born yesterday, so that shows something)

@stacykohut: He's probably met you SK. Lots of us have. You had this funny little tactic you used when I was a season's pass holder 2006-2009. You whispered whatever you had to say in the lift line, then waited a moment and loudly embarrassed the hell out of whoever didn't hear you and your mute assistant would just stand there. You did it to me, and I watched you do it quite a few people. You knew what you were doing. No one doesn't understand that you need momentum and can't waste it slowing down for people on the trail, but I'll be damned if you haven't yelled at people who had just crashed, or were experiencing mechanical failures. No one stands in the middle of the trail with the intention of slowing you down, you're aware of that right? Well, actually, after all these years, maybe people that got fed up with you do nowadays. Like everyone else, the first time I saw you rip the trail I was filled with admiration, I thought that what you were doing was just amazing. Then I had my interactions with you. I came away feeling you had a lot of entitled anger and that admiration vaporized. Everyone pays to be there, and I'm willing to bet that no one there put you in your wheelchair. It's not everyone else that's the problem SK, I wonder if it's your "world owes me" attitude. I don't get to Whistler much now, but I miss it quite a bit. Remembering you is probably one of the few negative aspects I seem to recall. But you know, "whatever".

Well now I'm a little more homesick.

This reminds me to renew my Freehub subscription, looking forward to more Mr. Watts!
