There are no bearings or race. This is for the cups and top cap only. Replacement bearings are available from VO for $10. I thought I was gonna build a different frame. Tried this out but decided to stick with the Spank Flare 25 on my gravel bike. These are 44cm at the tops, full specs below. I bought a spare when I had my HD3 - kept it in the parts bin and then never needed it. From Ibis website: Replaceable Aluminum Derailleur Hanger for non-UDH Ibis bikes.
