Bike Check: Evan Wall's Haro Greer Prototype Enduro Bike
@therealmancub: I agree on the 24mm spindle but the problem is that nobody besides Shimano makes one for the MTB world. On the road you have a couple brands like Rotor, SRM, etc. For MTB every other manufacturer moved to 30mm and BSA is not a good fit. Having T47/ 386 evo would be way better and not a problem for 24mm spindles anyways.

It would make a lot more sense to have the classified in the BB rather than in the rear hub. Also, time to get rid of BSA when everyone except Shimano is using 30mm spindles. I'm quite sure it would be possible to fit a planetary gear system within a T47/ BB 386 evo.

Vivo Cycling Previews All-Aluminum 12-Speed Derailleur
Even though it's not a MTB groupset, Shimano DA 12sp wireless is incredibly fast, not even comparable with Sram AXS.

Ohlins Release RXF38 & DH38 Conversion Kits
The springs look different from the ones in the RXF36 and go from 7 to 12.4 N/mm (40 to 70 in/lb) in roughly 5 in/lb increments

First Ride: Rocky Mountain's 2024 Altitude Has a Completely Revised Frame Design
@4thflowkage: No, you're just talking without any first hand experience since you don't ride smaller sized frames and you're obviously a taller individual. How would you know? You're just guessing like the idiots from RM who made this kind of decisions.

First Ride: Rocky Mountain's 2024 Altitude Has a Completely Revised Frame Design
@AndrewHornor: that's user error, not wheel size. If you're riding an enduro bike with your but on wheel size there's a lot more things to change before even getting to wheel size. Also genius, how does that an MX make any difference in that?

First Ride: Rocky Mountain's 2024 Altitude Has a Completely Revised Frame Design
@4thflowkage: What kind of 155 person buys a bike with 430 reach? Besides that, why would a 29 be hard to manage for a 160/170 tall person? Your statements make no sense.

First Ride: Rocky Mountain's 2024 Altitude Has a Completely Revised Frame Design
@4thflowkage: So women go slow and need to ride 27.5? Is that the reasoning behind? They should just offer it in the same size as the rest of the range. What this clowns and also Trek did for their Slash is plain stupid. 430 is quite a big reach, pretty much what 162 to 172 person uses so not such a small size. I understand that way smaller sizes might sell better in 27.5 but that's just mainly because of kids. What kind of parent spends +5K on a bike for their kids though? This decisions made by complete idiots make no sense and are actually not "inclusive".

First Ride: Rocky Mountain's 2024 Altitude Has a Completely Revised Frame Design
I still don't understand what kind of idiot make the decision to produce the smallest frame only in 27.5, rather than at least MX. I bet I could count their brain cells with the fingers in a single hand. It's just a waste of resources cause there's no way they will ever sell one. Just offer it from M onwards instead of trying to be "inclusive" and offering something that you know will have no demand.
