Pinkbike Poll: Center Lock or 6-Bolt Brake Rotor Mounting?

Some pay hundreds of $ for swapping all the bolts to Ti ones, just to save a few grams, while using CenterLock rotors saves you the same amount of weight, with 0 expense.

@venturavin: I own a Focus Jam2 (2019 model) with Shimano E8000 motor. Using it w/ range extender, and frequently switching between the assist modes (when it's neccessary) noticed the main battery, and the "extender" drained in parallel. So my answer would be: not every ebike system works the same way.

Riders (especially those, who repair their bikes themselves) should boycott these companies (and/or bike models), forcing them to erase this nonsense trend. Even if you're not touching your bike with tools, you're affected aswell, because of higher repair bills / repair times @ your favourite bikeshop (not to mention, there is even more possibility of a human error during the wormanship).

SRAM Releases New Bronze-Tier Brakes

@Roost66: this urban legend is still present after years, from a bad batch of Shimano brake levers. Mostly "SRAM ONLY" users keeps it alive. While Shimano brake users are just happy with their brakes (not sponges).
