@Sscottt: I used the gasgas as an example simply b/c it uas the highest HP output for 125's. Your correct though, the Honda CRF's are better known. I think their curb weight is a little lighter at 244-245 (with oil, antifreeze efc.).
While I love the visual and aural experience of a gas moto, truth is we're only a battery evolution away from gas being a second tier transpo mode.
I'd still ride the hell out of a CR500 though.

@Sscottt: A gasgas MC125 puts out 38hp. The Varg puts out 60-80hp depending on config. It is a pig at 260lb, Not something you want on a tight track
