Apr 6, 2019Transition Patrol
$2300 USDOk, you ride fast. You've been looking for a whip to take it to the next level, but all the other bikes on here are either pushing $5K, or are more dinged up than a teenage drug-dealer's car.
I get it.
Good news for you - I scored this 2015 Medium Transition Patrol from a family friend, but alas, its too small for me. Only ridden a handful of times, this bike is IMMACULATE. There are only a few scratches (in the normal places), and it has zero dents or structural damage. The components are almost brand new as well, minus the cranks and pedals. All defects are shown in the images.
Really bummed to be selling it, but I need a bigger bike.
Check out the specs:
- 2015 Transition Patrol Frame (Med) w/ Rock Shox Monarch Plus
- Fox 160mm fork (kashima)
- Stans No Tubes ZTR FLOW EX 650B rims + hubs
- Shimano XTR clutched derailleur, XT Shifter, internal cable routing
- Shimano XT brakes, 160mil rotors
- Race Face Turbine Cranks + Hub
- Race Face Atlas flat pedals
- Richey carbon bars, Race Face direct mount stem
- Rock Shox Reverb dropper post
- Brand new Maxxis Minion DHR2 and Assegai tires.

Jun 15, 2017Santa Cruz Nomad - Medium
$3500 USDHoly s#!t this bike is fast.
I used to race downhill, but upgraded to this carbon shred-monster when weekends at Trestle bike park started getting too expensive. Its so incredibly light that climbing feels more like gliding up the trail (thanks to a full XX1 drivetrain and carbon bling), but descending is really where this thing shines.
Quite frankly, the stability and confidence this build offers when pointed downhill makes me feel like I'm flying in an F-22, or a pod-racer from Star Wars. Its ludicrous. I still haven't found this bike's limit, and honestly doubt that I will.
The bike has some normal cosmetic riding wear, which is summed up in the photos. A couple scratches in the paint, and a small gash on the derailleur are the standout flaws on it. There is NO structural damage or mechanically compromising issues with the frame or any of its components.
The build is as follows:
Frame - Santa Cruz Nomad Carbon CC size Medium (275)
Fork - Rock Shock Pike
Shock - Rock Shock Monarch
Drivetrain - XX1 Carbon
Brakes - Sram GUIDE
Bars - Renthal Fatbar Lite
Seatpost - KS Lev
Seat - Sielle Italia
Stem - Renthal
Hoops - Stans Notubes Flow EX (275)
Hubs - Project 321 (they sound like a swarm of angry bees following you down the trail!!)
Tires - Almost brand new Minion DHF and Ardent
Honestly, I am still not completely sure if I want to sell it - no lowball offers. You are gonna have a hard time finding a build this nice for this price.
