$450 USDFor sale is a capable, upgraded bike in good mechanical and cosmetic condition. Price is negotiable within reason, especially if pedals are not included. The rear shock was serviced by Dirt Labs only 100-200 miles ago. The frame design includes a flip-chip to adjust the rear travel between 75 mm and 90 mm. This frame was a large in it's day, but fits more like a medium to small in the current model year. Components include:
SRAM GX 1X10 drivetrain with an 11-36T cassette
(I can include a second cassette if wanted)
Renthal lock-on grips
Truvativ 680 x 31.8 mm bar and stem
Avid mechanical disc brakes
Manitou air fork
Fox Float rear shock (rebuilt recently)
Tubeless rear tire
Tubeless-compatible front tire
(tube currently installed)

I haven't been to Bentonville so I can't speak with certainty, but I doubt they have COS beat in the realm of steep DH tracks. We have quite a few. (Most of which are unfortunately not recognized or approved by the city).

I love what's being done on Black Sheep. It may not be the all-out freeride line many are hoping is in our future, but it definitely has a unique flavor of terrain. Additionally, it's a major step towards rider autonomy in local trail construction. Looking forward to the coming changes for this trail and the COS mountain biking scene as a whole.

Good catch. I can't find it announced anywhere, but they definitely haven't had a high-pivot DH with and idler pulley before...

Feb 15, 2022Rocky Mountain Instinct- Carbon Wheels!
$3500 USD**Sale Pending**
Rocky Mountain Instinct BC Edition 990 MSL size medium, in a stealthy purple with matte black lettering. This bike rips! By far the most nimble and capable bike I have ridden. This bike is comfortable on anything--jumps, tech, steeps, flow, or whatever else you throw it's way. At ~30 lbs., I've taken this bike on 4,500+ ft. climbs and epic shuttles and it never disappoints! With the Rocky Mountain Ride-9 system, (a flip chip with 9 geometry positions) you can further customize this bike's strengths.
This is a 2017 frame, but the original owner bought it in 2019, so it only has a few seasons of use. This also means the warranty expires in 2024. The original owner provided me with a receipt for the frame. I built this frame up with the parts from a Yeti SB-95C in January 2021, and I have loved it ever since! Unfortunately, try as I may this bike is just too small for me.
As far as condition goes, this bike has no significant flaws or issues. The only parts which may need replacing soon are the cassette and rear tire. (I can include an extra cassette) The only damage is a couple very minor scratches and a couple small small chips caused by pebbles (all are pictured). As far as servicing goes, I cleaned and greased every pivot and bushing on this frame, and rebuilt the fork, rear shock, and rear hub ratchet when I built this bike up last spring. I have also kept the brakes and chain well-cared for. Now, the specs:
For trades, I'm looking for a short to mid-travel 29'er with a frame reach between 425mm and 450mm. Let me know what you've got!

I am also willing to drive a bit to help with local pick up if you pay full price. For trades, I'm looking for a short to mid-travel 29'er with a frame reach between 425mm and 450mm. Jan 26, 2021Race Face Chester Pedals- Turquoise
$35 USDRace Face Chester pedals in turquoise. This is a very grippy set of pedals! Only used for half a season, one bent pin and the usual rock scuffs but that's it. Bearings are still very smooth. The only reason I'm selling them is because I had to replace my frame and the new one does not match these pedals. Buyer pays shipping.
Trades- Willing to trade & pay the difference for any of the following: (in good condition, black, silver, or gray colors)
- Crank Brothers Stamp 2 or Stamp 3 (Sz. Large)
- Deity TMAC
