This is a rare bike!
It will turns heads at every mountain you visit. It handles the bumps, jumps and drops with smooth ease.
Frame is a medium and wheels are 26".
The size is suitable for someone between 5ft 8" (minimum) and 6'1" (ish).
SPECIFICATIONS
Suspension:
Fox 40 kashima RC2 (front)
Fox DHX RC4 kashima (rear).
Tires: Maxxis Minion DHR's - 9/10 condition - almost new
Rims: Mavic ex721 (26 inch wheels)
Stem: Atlas
Handlebar: Truvativ Boobar
Pedals: Specialized Bennies (good condition) with replaceable pins.
SAINT (by shimano) components include: cranks, rear derailleur, wheel hubs, & hydraulic brakes
The frame has adjustable rear travel with 3 settings: 190mm, 210mm, 230mm for rear suspension.
This is an absolute beast of a bike if you like to send it off big drops and huck large jumps. The front 200mm and rear 230mm of travel are very forgiving.
The frame and the majority of components are from 2010.
A lot of the cosmetic scratches are just on the decal part (the black stripes) which you can peel right off to have the frame only yellow. Zero dents or cracks!
"Bumblebee" hasn't seen any use for 4 years and has only been stored inside the house during that time. I had this bike regularly serviced for every season it got ridden. It spent less than 2 days on the mountain since its last mechanical service.
It has only been ridden on the mountain no more than 10 days in the 8 years that I've owned it. It's been pampered and well look after! The suspension still feels good IMO.
