Titanium Anodizing set-up.
7.5A, 200 VDC power supply. Homemade for less than $100.
I fabricated the frame and front panel. Everything else was bought on ebay or Allied Electric
It could i guess. It would be over kill though. If im not mistaken, it only takes a few volts to anodize aluminum. My anodizer safely goes up to and sustains 140v DC. I also use it as a DC power source. Its currently powering my homemade magnetic polisher.
I used a solution of 2 teaspoons of TSP to 1 gallon of distilled water. You can find TSP (trisodium phosphate) at almost any hardware store. You can also use borax, but TSP seems to work better with less fizzing.
