This wins the week's award for best improvisation. This is such a simple, yet effective way of making your own chainguide. It was being run with a triple rings setup and an old-school mech, yet it seemed to do the job on the rough terrain here.
This is quite a complex construction - I'm running a much simpler design built out of two zipties and a 4-5cm garden hose since years... Costs less than 3€, easy to replace an renew. Lightweight. Simple. Perfect function. In use on a DH and on a AM/Enduro Rig.
