I've got a Thomson elite dropper ordered which Twweks should have by the 24th. I'm going to put that on, take some more photos with the build complete and then helicopter tape the frame as much as possible. Then I'm going to do a local test run.
But funny you should say that about the clunk. Me and my mate did the build and struggles with indexing the SRAM gears (Always been a Shimano man). My mate had to go and I sent him this (boring) video to let him no I had managed it. There is a definite clunk.
Well you've done well indeed! Thanks for the video. Yeah, Mines clunky-er. My Shimano SLX is smoother at the minute! Had to send it back (again) as the xx1 is a little creeky and clunky - so it's getting looked at.
I don't usually struggle with Sram, usually it's the other way around for me! Ha!
Anyways, I'm still loving the bike, you will have to get out and ride it man!
Thanks mate!
No I've got a custom built wheel.
Nukeproof rims, DT Swiss Spokes and Hope Pro 2 Evo Hubs with a Hope XD Freehub body replacing the standard free hub

Still surprised at how smooth it is and I still think I need to take a chain link out as back pedalling causes the cogs to jump.
But this is my first ever build from scratch so I'm still learning a lot!!
