35lbs 15oz, its not that much lighter than the alloy. The frame was 10.6lbs, and the session 9.9 weighed in at 8.5lbs on the same scale, thats with shocks, seatpost clamps, rear axles and headset cups. I still have a few tricks up my sleeve to shave it down about a pound with the final build.
I like what you did with the bottom of the fox lowers, putting that piece of vinyl/CF/protection. Almost all people overlook those small kinds of things, but in the end it'll protect one of the most common spots for scratches/gouges/etc and keep the fork minty. For me, I got sheet aluminum and over electric tape, velcroed the piece on. Much smaller, but it has saved me tons of times from tall rocks.
