I can't see any differences there between 3 and 4... is it worth the change??

4 has a few new adjusters like shadow, highlights and whites and they have changed the clarity slider and its much more effective now, plus the touch up tool doesnt lag in 4

I use the same prgrram ligth room 3 to fix color.love it.

Always watch your histogram, man. Lot of clipping there.
