I have nothing against Contour, as this was simply a joke....but I have to say that compared to Gopro the contour is pretty limited. Some people like it for it's minimal profile and lightweight design (gopros make you look like a teletubby) , not to mention you can clip it onto your goggles. Not everyone likes the extreme fisheye look, whereas the contour is more controlled... but the video quality is no where near the level of gopro. To each his own, both have cons and pros.
i was surrised i used my contour to do a mountain bike film for a school project, and after it went throught the editing program the footage was soo clear! the raw files look abit rough but its still good!. gopros do have some better mounts but i like the sleak cylender shape of the countor over the box of a gopro, and they are easyer to use!
i still remember a guy yelling at someone before the start.... "HEY YOU >> can you see a red light""
