....as demonstrated by Mitch Ropelato. Ropelato was absolutely pinned coming over this drop. A few riders pulled up and launched, but Ropelato just flat out sent this.
yea inZane! My theory is that the photographer tilted the camera on purpose so that this speed-mayhem looks more realistic. You know in case some PS scam specialists would come along
ok I know that this year in Europe the mushroom picking season has started a bit earlier than usual, but don't eat those similar to champignons anymore - they bring visions... as well as a raging diarrhea
Gotta sell my D80, flashes and lenses... then my bikes, then my car and then "maybe" I will afford a Leica. I'll be modest: M9 and a set of 35mm, 50mm and 135mm M lenses is enough. I will fit everything into my little camelback, put a couple of sandwiches on top of it, go to a race and get an ultimate action-photo-hipster experience .
And I still see a comment about the flash/blur pic from the other day. I don't give a shit what anyone says, it was a cool picture. If you feel otherwise, you are a f*cking idiot. To add to that, take another picture that is better. Most people could never pull that picture off despite how shitty they feel it was. Now drop it.
You're not an idiot. But how about: unblurred, perfect, short exposure action shots are static and straight boring in a way? And blur adds dynamics to the pic? Go talk to any film maker, you'll know how are they shaggin their brains out to get a proper motion blur. Some photographers have problems with acknowledging motion. This is a downhill rider on a world cup, not a studio with a bottle of fragrance, or emo street session with Leica
buahaha, not even close. If Steve Martin is there, that means it was the gnarliest point on the track I've seen XCers doing magic like double wheel sliding on steep off cambers, dropping off big stuff and manualing creeks or doubles, all with high seat - but this here is a bit out of depth
soooo ummmm, does any one know when season 6 of Weeds is coming out on DVD? I have been at home sick for over a week and that show is the only thing keeping me sane!
