 Dsheffer, The coating is for performance and not looks, hence the reason it's on the Black Box bikes. Of course, since a few groms think it's ugly perhaps material engineers the world over should start focusing on what looks *good* instead of what works. Maybe then we can look like skitles and have bad taste from a generation you didn't even grow up in...

 hahahahaha i love it! just like what marzocchi is doing hahaah colouring all their stanchions. i dunno if they just have a coat of something that can be any colour but to me its just like you said were gonna be looking like skitttles when we ride marzocchi forks
