i know tons of guys over 6 foot that ride bmx. take trevor for example, he rides everything and doesnt complain. im 6' and ride a bmx. height doesnt really matter
true, Its not that I hate bmx, actually, I really like bmx, its fun, the rigidness is amazing, but only problem was I felt 100x better on a bigger bike, so i went 26
i never really tried big bikes since i just got into biking a few months ago. ill probably end up buying one just so i can have a wider variety of riding skills. plus going big on a 26'er is way less scarry , LOL
Kinda, thing is, like, im new to the sport aswell, its not that its more scary, it just feels more fitted,a dn maybe the slighest more scary, maybe because theres a little more you can do with a bmx such as grinding and easier to twist
ya much easier to spin, but as for goin big and doin big hucks, id say its not quite as scary because the risk is smaller due to more bike and more ground coverage.
mhmm, but I just like the feel more. I like bigger wheels, wider bars, the brakes, Ohhh baby, the brakes, i find them much much much easier to instal onto a bike then regular u brakes
woodstock, if you just started biking, then dont talk shit on bmx. bmx are alot easier to control in the air and doesnt feel like the bike is going to take over. i hate the feeling of dirt jumping with a 26, feels like shit and you can boost bmx's so fucking high. ride bmx for a little longer and actually respect the sport before you knock it.
