Why? Linkage driven single pivot, concentric bottom bracket pivot, compact geometry. It looks fine to me. Oh, it's not brand new, my bad. You pinkbike kids are just trend followers.
Pinkbike kid? exscuse you. First off i'm older than you so that imediately makes that claim invalid, and second i know more about bikes than you. Martin CALLED this frame a piece of shit, the only reason he rode it was because NS couldn't get him his soda proto in time, so he slapped all his parts on this bad boy and cranked-worx. Yes it has many of the features that a successful slope bike is apparently supposed to have but it really is an 02 hooker with outdated geo and a vanilla shock, a rider with the skill level Martin has can ride anything though so it really don't matter.
You don't have to be younger than me to be a pinkbike-kid. You can't claim you more about bikes than me. Even if Martin called this bike a piece of shit, there still should be a reason. When a bike rides poorly, there has to be a reason. Poor geometry, poor suspension design; there's always something. I see no such problem on this bike.
Just tell me, what's outdated about the geometry? And could you also send me the geometry chart for this bike, so I know where you're getting your numbers?
corsair you are argueing with dustingildling you cannot call him a pinkbike kid not only is he older than you but he probably does know alot more than you sorry ......
Age has nothing to do with pinkbike kids. And he's a year older than me, so you assume he knows a lot more? Huh, I didn't know age was directly related to knowledge. I'll be darned...
