you kidding demo-dan i always joke to my friends about how we need to make our trails like they make them in the uk haha i only see perfect jump pics from uk hhaha
Haha im talking about the dirt we have to work with. I can't afford to travel across provinces to go to whistler. Im going for my first time ever this next summer, its expensive
depends how many people, only 2 main builders here we probably did about a week of solid work on it. just a guess its hard to say how many hours exactly
You have a pretty good camera in you're phone then! Oh, and another question, do you guys only build in winter? Or do you also ride? Because my buddies don't want to build in the winter: "because the earth is frozen". So they want to build AND ride in summer. Complete nonsense I think. So I'm pretty much the only one who builds now. (Actually pretty nice, because you build it like you want )
I don't ride jumps in winter because there too wet, ride a bit of dh/freeride but most of the time I just build. In the summer I ride as much as I can and only build if its wet or to fix stuff, you don't want to be wasting the summer digging.
How frozen is it? because when it freezes here its just the first few inches so I just take the frozen bit of and underneath it fine.
I think it's also that first inches of ground. There just pussies
Also digging in summer here is as good as impossible. If you dig, it's like sand. You can't shape it, and if you trow some water over it, it just disappears!
My girlfriend is on vacation within 10 days. So when she's gone, I don't have anything better to do than dig dig dig. I'll send some pictures if my first jumps are ready. You're lips are an example of what I want to build here
