Actually, pros ride fox, marzocchi etc because they sponsor more top athletes. Nothing to do with how good a product is, everything to do with how much money they have to spend on riders to ride their products. Just because a pro thats sponsored by a company that gets the stuff for free rides them and does good on them, means nothing about product integrity. Fact is pro's get new forks on a regular basis, long before any issues will arise, ntm most pros have custom internals in their forks, or are custom tuned and tailored to their ride. Something we like to call "works" forks.
Fact is the only company on this planet that makes suspension that actually has products that work just as good if not better than the big companies who sponsor many athletes is avalanche. Everyone else has to have pro riders help advertise their stuff.
to add... avalanche doesn't sponsor anyone any more. They don't need to because their forks hold their weight a million times over. Period. No one around here can diss avalanche because they have always been the pinnacle of custom, just like curnett suspension systems.
