@kinny-pb: Sounds delish buddy. If you want to do pulled pork, long and slow at lower heat is the key. Don't be afraid to try it at home. I did that one in the smoker for 3 hours and 225 degrees, then bumped it to 250 deg. for the remaining 6 hours. But you can do it easily in the oven with simple spices (salt, pepper, mustard), and your fave bbq sauce.
@adm750: Thanks for the tips my friend. I'll look into it more on Google. I'd assume pulled pork is an American dish as only one restaurant in my town makes it as it's an American diner.
It'll be nice to try as something new for my dinner.
