 first off, these aren't his. second, a 66 will not break off of a 2 foot drop to flat, dual crowns put more stress on the headtube so you have a better chance of it breaking with this... i know its never going to break with it... but it does stress the frame more...

 depends what sort of freeride it is....... if its pulling tricks like x-ups or nfcc's or stuff like that on small to medium sized gaps id say 66, but if it was huge shit id say 888, stronger cos of dual crown. but 66s are friggen sweet rode some for about a week, they rocked, but id still take 888s over 66s anyday
