I like the fact that people leave it there and not snag it for their yard or something like that...he would be gone if that was the states...

I hear you bro! Its funny but that could be the opposite in culture. My buddy who is from the US moved here with is wife about a year ago. Then, he finds things just laying on the street but his wife says he can't pick it up as it belongs to someone, ahhahah So, they have this deep respect to not touch what is not theirs. Thats is very cool!

Wish peeps had that respect here!

Dude the other day, I was shopping! My wife game me a hundred dollar bill, I put in my phone as I still have a flip phone. Then as I was shopping I pulled out my phone to call my wife and ask a question, in doing so I dropped the bill! At the register I thought I had it in the car so I paid with my card and left. But it wasn't in the car, I walked back into the store and right where I had taken my phone out the bill was lying there in the middle of the isle. Either no one saw it and I got super super lucky or someone who did see it left it knowing its not theirs!

@nikoniko: That's really a cool story with a happy ending! I bet it was respect that kept it where it was and not luck.
(I still have a flip phone too! I open it really quick and go "Kirk to Enterprise")

The mountains here in Japan are full of treasures just melting back to nature!

Incredible talent to do something like that!

Yes, there are thousands of and thousands of these in the mountains. Tons of beautiful talent!

Another thing why I need to visit Japan! Seriously I could get lost in every bit of it! Everything seems so nice, the culture, the place, people, biking, snow, car culture is something I follow and is an incredible place.

Thank you brother! I could show you many deep things hidden in the forest here in Japan. It really makes you ponder on what it was like when this area was thriving. This little dude has seen many people over the years. He has lost his body, its just the head sitting on a stone wall.

Is a shame the body got lost! Would had been interesting to know how was the feudal Japan and see what the time have done! Seriously on the bucket list to visit you! And you have an open house here!

Thank you very much brother! If we get to travel someday it would be best to visit friends than just a random tour! You would get to see more reality than what the tour can show you!
  • 1 0
Same thing I think!! Is better to go and visit friends with a tour you get the touristic places not the real face, and is mostly the interesting history.
  • 1 0
Exactly buddy! You can get a first hand experience!

Amazing treasure for the eyes as you wander through the forest.
