 Nice choice of parts on it. Is that a One-Up cog on that, in silver?

 I brought it complete, but changed quite a few things, forks and complete cockpit.

The cog is called a general lee, I'd not seen one before it's a set of 3 cogs, instead of a big jump it gives it a better ratio, it's on an XT, top cog is a 40T, with the 34t upfront it's a great range. Taking it for a little test ride this afternoon!

 PS the Pikes came of for the 32 Talas 130/150 lighter and shorter travel, they've gone on the Five!

 Ahh its a General Lee cog, I thought something didn't look right to be a One-Up. I couldn't make out what it was. Yeah I want to get a lower range gear on my bike now, 40 or 42t.
