Huge pivots on the frame! lovin the black and blue look. Is the fork 180 mils of travel? Whats the rear shock stroke 2.5 inches? This bike looks like it can handle nasty full on DH runs and roost on flow trails. The fork looks like a solid piece of equipment. how many adjustments? is it air? How does it feel?
I have the fork set at 170mm currently but can take it up to 180mm if I want more travel.
Yes, the rear shock is a longer 2.5 so it will give me a lower travel ratio making the shock easy to dial in.
The monarch has a very natural coil like feel, rockshocks had done a great job, however as my ribs are still sore I have yet to give it a true test! hahahah
The bike has adjustable travel from 152mm or 178mm so, I can match the ride for the trail.
Then the rear chain stays have a short or long setting.
I will start off on the short travel and short stays and see how it goes!
Yes, this is the same SrSuntour I have been riding for about 2 years now.
It's an air fork, so I can adjust the air volume with oil to make either a linear or progressive ride, I like my forks to be progressive to ramp up for a bottomless feel but never really using full travel.
Then it has a standard rebound coupled with both high and low speed compression settings, all in all a very nice fork that rides butter smooth!
WTF? I didn't realize you crashed that bad? The crash in the vid bro? I know you're healing pains. I busted my jaw in 1/2 Sept 21st. There's pics in my profile. It turned out to look like a bike chain when they put the metal in my jaw!!! I'm SOOOOOO hungry!!!
Yes, it was just a stupid tire slide but I slammed down hard, ahahhahhahah Holy moly a broken Jaw, thats awful brother! September so just last month? Are you able to eat now?
