The fork is now at 100mm from 125mm shifter on the downtube, and the other roval is on. Also 160mm rotor out back 26lbs 6oz

ive got 4, i ride street, 3/4 are nearly bald from use. (sliders and speed checks because brakeless) they dont f*ck up dude i think you just got unlucky. also dont use tire levers so that may play a part

Looks so dialed. How exactly did you make that downtube shifter work out? Looks kind of like zip-ties but I'm not sure.

It's a long story of how I did it. The zip ties are there to keep the brake housing in place
