Video: Mike "Jersey" Taylor Shreds Rowdy BMX Inspired Lines

Aug 29, 2020
by mattylambert

Mike "Jersey" Taylor's first video part since he put down the BMX.

bigquotesI've wanted to make something of Jersey for a while, so whilst we were both furloughed it gave us the perfect opportunity to create something. He's no stranger to scoping out lines on street and does the exact same thing here in his local woods.Matty Lambert

I can’t put my finger on why, but this is the best clip I’ve seen in a long time. Maybe it’s the fact that the trails don’t look as manicured as they have in a lot of recent edits.

Brilliant riding and excellent camera work. Well done to all involved.

As a former BMX rider that also moved over to MTBs it's so good to see the guys who were sending it on 20"s to move to MTB and absolutely kill it! Anything 2 wheels for life! Good luck to Jersey on the MTB journey and keep them wheels spinning til they fall off!!

As a mountain biker who picked up BMX at 18 and kept up with it afterward, I am 1000% onboard with all the riders crossing over and mixing their experiences. To see Dan Paley drop a sick bmx edit and a mtb one in the same week is amazing.

Amazing Creativity! There is a series of trails that have similar feel to them where I live that I have been trying to find new lines and jumps to incorporate but dont have the vision that this guy does, can't wait to go out tomorrow to see if I can find some new angles, the tree jump and fence line are spectacular!

@jonlees: but definitely not in NJ, USA? I just wanted to put a stop to that silliness.
  • 1 0
@ODubhslaine: i was being sarcastic. Camden, NJ is a total mess of a city. I've known about Jersey for a long time, when he was riding for Sunday BMX.
