ODI AG-2 Lock-On Grips (135MM)Our initial partnership with Aaron Gwin produced numerous innovations that pushed grip technology to new levels. With the new AG2 Grips, we wanted to continue to push the limits even further. The AG2 grips feature an ultra soft “Pro Compound” material with an improved knurl pattern that provides extra tackiness and control along with reduced vibration transfer. We coupled these features with an offset grip pattern to allow more padding where it is needed most without creating a large bulky grip. We then redesigned the most impact prone portions of the grips to provide an even better feel and accurate control when riding. The result is the most aggressive mix of traction and comfort of any DH grip available.
Features• NEW! Larger Diameter - Grips feature a larger diameter than the original grips (30.5mm) with offset padding towards the rider for improved comfort.
• NEW! Softer Compound - Soft Pro Compound provides excellent shock absorption.
• NEW! Surface Pattern - Redesigned surface pattern for improved traction and vibration dampening.
• NEW! Improved Ergonomics - Redesigned Ends provide an improved feel.
• Aluminum Reinforced Ends - Provide extra durability against grip blowout.
• Angled Rib Pattern - Thin ribs add control without a bulky feel.
• Single Clamp - Uses our race-proven Version 2.1 Lock-On system.
• Hard Plastic End - Molded over the aluminum end-cap, the end provides durability but will not gouge.

O'Neil/Azonic helmets are made in the USA and people talk down about them even though they are a good cost and go beyond national safety standards.
O'Neil/Azonic is just not in the habit of paying for favorable articles!
C'mon man, it's really only a little fun!
Besides it is the Gods honest truth, he gave her one for her 18th Birthday and she still wears it often.
Grow a pair and a sense of humour, or humor.
Call me whatever you like, but this line of adolescent joking doesn't do much for me. In addition, I think it further isolates anyone in the biking community who isn't a heterosexual man. Think about it for a second- if you were a woman, would you want to come to a forum where this sort of juvenile humour pops up in nearly every single comment section?
It's fairly obvious that we're a rather homogenous group of folks, but I argue that we need more diversity in our community. More people on bikes = better trails and a larger pool of people supporting mountain biking. There are other reasons to change the culture of mountain biking to be sure- like maybe it's just the right thing to do- but the better trails argument is pretty easily accessible so I'll go with it for the time being.
I get that the "little fun" argument seems like just that. After all, what's the problem with a couple of chuckles and some double entendres? My issue with it is that it stays here on the forums for people to see. That means that it perpetuates this myth of mountain biking culture as a masculine discipline that embraces a particular view of women, which is going to continue to isolate people who might otherwise consider riding mountain bikes and contributing to pb.
Not trying to start a flame war, nor do I expect to see any kind of shift in the comments that people leave. Rather, I'm drawing my own line in the sand and calling out sexism where I see it so that anyone who stumbles across this forum might see that there are members of this community who think differently and are working to change it.
Happy to discuss further either publicly or via PM's- drop me a line if you're interested in continuing the conversation. Cheers!
Put it this way, I feel if any offence is ever taken, that's the persons chioce to take offence. None is meant, implied or intended. Put it this way, my wife read your comments and mine and says you "should harden the f*ck up!" Her words not mine, although I wholeheartedly agree.
I do also believe it is all down to character. most people can read someone's opinion and then ignore it, others need to make a stand for the good of absolutely nobody, not happy unless they are moaning.
I do understand your point, but honestly, do you think a joke like that would put someone off ever riding a bike? Seriously?
I'll not continue, but I honestly don't care and never will, life's a bitch and then you die, fight for two tenths of f*ck all for people who will probably never appreciate it all your life if you want, I'll be over here having fun slaying trails, burning tyres, drinking beer, eating animals and having fun...
Lol
My main goal was to make a few people chuckle!
The only person I want to butt hurt is my wife
Let's see how that one goes down.
Like she will, fingers crossed!!!
I call "bullshit"!
"In addition, I think it further isolates anyone in the biking community who isn't a heterosexual man"
Since that is your perspective you are trying to project, I think you should get over yourself and learn how people in RL function.
" That means that it perpetuates this myth of mountain biking culture as a masculine discipline that embraces a particular view of women"
This is literally the first time I have read this on the internet, never heard it in RL. Stop projecting!
In 2010, some male pros bikers mentioned that there needs to be more ladies in the sport. It's 2017 now and the sport has many, many women involved. And, and, most of us see ourselves as equal and treat each other as equals.
You have been spending too much of your time reading about gender propaganda. Your context you have projected in your post has lead me to that assumption.
I'm surprised to hear you describe my views as propaganda. I base my comments based on my real life experiences. Not projecting anything but things that people have told me in conversation about their experiences in mountain biking. That's it, end of story. You may not have had the same experiences that I have, but that doesn't mean I'm projecting jack shit.
I'm stoked to hear that the people you know in the sport are treated as equals. You didn't explicitly state as to whether or not this includes women- does it? Have you asked many women if they feel like they're treated as equals? In my experience that hasn't always been true, but I'm thrilled to hear that things are changing (if that's what you're saying). And lest you think that I'm alone in thinking there is a problem, take a minute to read about the perspectives of someone who has experienced it firsthand: Amanda Batty... blog.amandabatty.com Thoughts?
Just wasted minutes of my life reading the blogs. Total twaddle. She's extra sensitive cos she was touched by her cousin as a child, no wonder she's extra pissed at everyone. Let us not assume that EVERYONE has had the same upbringing.
I'm not having a go at her as it isn't her fault, I'm having a go at you for portraying her views as middle ground.
Now shut up and f*ck off!
As for being offended, I'm not. I just suspect the adolescent humour that peppers these comment boards is pretty off-putting to people, and I call it like I see it.
I've said my piece and way more than I originally intended to, so I'm off to groom my man bun and oil my beard. Priorities!
Shared a house whilst at University with 5 girls. If you think male humour is bad or risqué wait until you hear 5 girls after a couple of bottles of wine. #pottymouthandperverse
"C'mon man, it's really only a little fun!"
No. It's not.
No. I'm not.
MERRY X-MAS! TOM!
Nothing against Germans but, so funny.
Many still contain ammonia. Stans for example.
You know what I want for Christmas? Clean ocean full of happy fish. Every child deserves that.
Hey guys, please, pardon my cinicysm but you must see the paralellss... how about we just adopt Christian holidays for our environmental approach to bikes? Like fasting. Let's just don't buy stuff for a month and then go on a shopping spree! de mane sanctus spirituuuuus. This is the blood of Chriiiist" - holy Dot5.1 by Church of St Peter, 55.50$ a gallon fill your brakes thy shall not need to bleed until Easteeeeer. even Aaaaavid.
Thule: "Friends Are For Losers"
At the same time, I'm all for it. I think people bitch too much about "consumerism." POC sponsors events and riders, as do fox and every other brand we complain about being too expensive. If you don;t want something, move along. I am thinking about how to make my own growler keg though, the only thing special there is the lid and some fittings.
I'd rather give it to wolftooth for their cable conversion kit.
Held at someone's mom's house.
