Commencal/VallnordThis is the kind of Deja Vu we’re all stoked to live again! After winning the 2018 edition, Amaury Pierron accomplished what we all dreamt about: he won Fort William for the second time in a row!
Our Junior Thibaut Daprela won again in his category and Remi Thirion managed to finish 30th despite a big mistake!
SRAM Young GunsFort Bill 2k19 is in the books and it could be better for us. Anna Newkirk wins her first World Cup we super stoked and looking forward to the next round in Leogang see you there.
MS MondrakerAnother world cup is in the books and we left Fort William with some solid results in our bags. With Brook MacDonald and Laurie Greenland, we had 2 riders in the top 15 and Thibault Laly made his first world cup point in 2019.
Cube Global Squad
Polygon URWe will remember Fort William as a wet and wild one! Follow our week in the Scottish Highlands for the second round of the UCI Downhill World cup where Tracey Hannah gave a good show and had a great battle to finish 2nd. Yeeoow!
Propain Factory RacingThe team is back in Fort William! Learning curves for both our young riders Luke and Henry, just not pushing enough in qualies. That left the Rudy and Joe to battle it out in finals on Sunday!

Team Dorval AMA difficult weekend for the team ...
Gamux RacingWe have mixed feelings after the finals as we were not able to perform as well as we can. But all in all a solid weekend! We leave here very excited for Leogang, as it is Andi's home race and we know that we can be fast.
Not much of that anymore
This is because marketing people behind the brand can not understand the difference between something good and something lousy. "We can make the same video for a fraction of the cost".
Their goal is to "generate content" and save money.
They dont even understand that a good quality video will boost your brand (again look at SC with Peaty videos and how many "costumers" they got from that.)
Most sport companies nowdays are run by people with business and marketing degrees. They are clueless of what is all about. They are not riders. All they can see is numbers. They are running a lot of companies to the ground. The bubble is about to explode in the next couple of years.
... there's no interest in telling a story, or deliver a point across... and maybe the team owners are ok with this because maybe there's no money to be made on youtube videos...
not quite sure if you guys do this but i find myself skipping through the videos because they all pretty much seem to follow the same recipe :
( shaky camera settings, rubbish microphone sound, +5db on music between talking takes )
- some annoying rocky/trap/funky tune sets the mood for a) drone shot, b) van setup, c) trackwalk
- people say stuff like "weather is [insert weather conditions here]" and "we are stoked to be here"
- mechanics do some mechanics, they all go for a trackwalk
- some random shots of people doing funny things
- queue the annoying music, practice day
- people say stuff like "today is race day, we are stoked"
- queue more music, a couple race shots
- people say stuff like "race was [insert race commentary], we are [stoked or not stoked] and we'll see you [insert next lockation ]"
- queue more annoying music, drone shot

I love how she said hello in Swiss Dialect
