The
SUNN Team was in
La Thuile for the fourth round of the
Enduro World Series. A mix of steep, technical trails and crazy landscapes with the magnificent Mont Blanc. Congrats to
Isabeau Courdurier for her
second place!
"
During practice runs, I had good feelings but it was hard once the race started. We were all exhausted and It wasn’t so easy to ride as fast as in training. I'm really happy to finally finish 2nd after 5 times in the third place on past EWS race, it's a nice feeling. I progress step by step and it proves that I've done a good job , I'm really happy with my weekend!" -

After the first day I was a little bit disappointing without enough speed, I'm satisfied with my runs on Sunday without crashes or technical problems. I've made mistakes during stage 5 but it was the same for everybody, it was difficult to stay on the bike on those crazy trails. I’m again in the top 20 with my 19th place, it’s a good result as the level of competition was very high. It motivates me for the next stops of the EWS." -
Thomas Lapeyrie"
It was a really hard round for me here in La Thuile, after a busy month of July with the Mountain of Hell and Megavalanche, I felt very tired physically. But once on the bike the Italian’s landscapes made me forget it, it was amazing to ride there. With a 38th place I’m quite happy and congrats to my teammates for their performances, now bring on the USA and Canada."
