This summer I had the opportunity to head over to the Stevens Pass Bike Park in Washington, to film local rider, Steve Meza. This was my first time at Stevens Pass and it was also the first time I'd met with Steve too. Needless to say I was blown away by both the bike park and Steve's skills on the mountain. I'd like to make a shout out to Doug Jambor for the filming assistance on this project. Enjoy!
I rode with this dude a few times when I was starting out. When he lived in So Ca. He showed me a lot when I was new. I have since met and ridden with a lot of shredders, he is up there with the smoothest I have ever seen.
It's great seeing videos like this which show a good rider just out having fun. Not a world cup racer moving at incomprehensible speeds over insane terrain. To be honest, many of us can ride similar to Steve, albeit not quite as fast or smooth, but gives us something to work towards and realistically achieve. Thanks Steve and keep ripping!
