The Val di Sole added a short track race to the World Champs schedule, and as a bonus race, had the pro men qualify in two heats for the short track final. Alan Hatherly took the win in Heat 1, while it was Anton Cooper who led Heat 2. The top 20 riders from each heat will qualify for finals, leaving six riders off the list from Heat 1 and seven from Heat 2.
Blevins rocked it. He was so close. Wouldn't that be cool to get a medal in the men for the US? I wonder if Avancini is going to go crazy on thursday and try to get something to show for his crap season.
Avancini is a beast. His problem is he goes out in front ALWAYS! If I were his coach I’d tell him…actually I demand him to go out 3-6 and stay there till the last 2 laps then burn the matches
