Ric McLaughlin tries to follow Marco Aurelio Fontana on the rooty Nove Mesto Na Morave cross-country course. The wide-open course has lots of line choices and will be lined with people come Sunday.
Marco is really talented and open minded on a bike, he mixes different skills and always ready to share his stoke with the others. A true pro mountainbiker.
T'was a UCI official asking. All racers and team support are supposed to have plates during the practice sessions, so they can control who's riding on course (it's technically a closed course). Probably also a liability thing so Joe Schmoe spectator isn't trying to ride course and throw elbows with racers in practice.
That looks like a fun loop and would be a great ride with a couple of mates on a Saturday morning, last place pays for breakfast. Bring back the baggie shorts Marco. I love these course previews.
These XC loops are not easy. And also some tricky loose lines and corners.. and those rock gardens on hard tails!! :o... There is quite a lot of riding talent in XC!
Solved- had to switch to full site to access the “X” acknowledgement.
Why?
