The North American Enduro Coalition and Trailforks is pleased to announce the inaugural North American Enduro Cup course! This two-day event will test each competitor's skill and endurance on the full gamut of trail features: Rocks, roots, berms, loose marbles, jumps, and flow. Lots of challenging racing will ensure a fantastic competition for the $7,500 pro purse!

T-minus one week until the NAEC goes down Silver Mountain Resort in Kellogg, Idaho! There are still a few registration spots left - don't delay in getting registered! Wanna know the schedule of events? You can find the NAEC race schedule in our blog post.

We have lots of important information for racers and spectators in a separate blog post!

Saturday, June 11: Day One

Note: the gondola ride to the top of the mountain is included in the stats above.

Transfer 1: Depart Silver Mountain Village, travel east on Trail of CDA, and up Frog Trees and Wildcat. Paved rails to trails followed by a machine built singletrack climb. There's some room for passing on this steady climb with short traverses. but some short traverses

Stage 1: Pirate Trail, Wide Open, Secret Squirrel, end of Manchild, finish before Cemetery Road. Stage 1 is a mix of high-speed flow and tech trails featuring a few small table tops, off camber sections, roots, and multiple line choices.

Transfer 2: Down Frog Trees, ride back on Trail of CDA and upload on the Silver Mountain Gondola.

Stage 2: Happy Day to Crescent Road. This stage is a long, pedally descent. There will be some room for some pedaling and some sharp, unexpected turns to keep you on your toes.

Transfer 3: Crescent Road to Crescent Trail to Mountain House. Ride up the switchbacks under the gondola!

Stage 3: Jackass, Lower Jackass, Ridge Road, Corkscrew, Highlife. This is where the fun pours on: A fast, flowy intermediate trail with short tech sections. Focus on flow for a competitive time here.

Transfer 4: Ridge Road. A short dirt road, downhill. Nobody said that all the transfers had to be uphill.

Stage 4: Spooky Woods. One of the original DH trails at Silver. It's got great root sections, a little climb near the start but it gets progressively rowdier the further you descend.

Transfer 5: Pepsi Can. Relax and have some fun on a great flow section.

Stage 5: Wildcat ,with the option of Snaggletooth, end before Cemetery Road. A long uninterrupted flow trail with a few pedaling spots. Snaggletooth is quicker, but extremely technical. Be sure to practice this line before attempting in on race day!

This is followed by a nice, leisurely pedal back to the Silver Mountain Village along the Trail of CDA.

Sunday, June 12: Day Two

IMPORTANT NOTE: This climb is CLOSED until race day. You may not ascend this route prior to race day. If there are any portions of this climb that you'd like to check out, you can descend from the top of the mountain and follow the Day two climb in reverse during pre-race practice.

Transfer 6: The Big Climb. Day two begins with a climb from the Village to the bottom of Chair 3. Some technical singletrack and fire road grinding. Save some gas for the epic Stage 6 descent which drops just under 3400' back to the Silver Mountain Village. The last 800 feet of this climb is on a chairlift.

Stage 6: Hammer, Lower Hammer, Mutton Conductor, Afternoon Delight, Pepsi Can, Pirate Trail, Wide Open, Tinker Bell, Wide Open, Manchild, Frog Trees, finish at the bottom of trail system. This is the showpiece of Silver Mountain Resort: An unrelenting, top to bottom run. You're going to see everything from flow to roots to rocks to jumps to trees - be prepared for every trail condition and every type of trail obstacle in one uninterrupted 3400' of descending!

Be sure to download the Trailforks App and add these routes to make practice that much easier! You can check out how to do that right here.

Looks fantastic. I didn't realize how relatively close this was to Vancouver (8 hour drive). I might have tried to make plans.
