In this day and age of technology, why is it so difficult to publish a results sheet that is actually clear a readable? A cell phone photo of a printout would be 10x better than what is posted here. And it’s not just this post, it happens all the time.

yeah would be nice to see what results they were talking about

Vital has a readable version and video highlights, just saying. PB has the comment section, but with all those ebike adverts dont know how long that will last either.

Someone ought to report you for making actual sense. But I love how PB gives 3 million pixel HD photos with HDHDHDHD quality and gives us results on the office's original Nintendo. 2 pixel results are where its at..... Guess all their funds went to paying for redbull and ebike adverts.

wait...pinkbike pays people to run advertisements on their own website?? i'll take three.

also, in fairness, this article and these pics are from MCBP. but yeah, scribd can be the worst and no one wants their sheets to be sloppy.

@jtayabji: it looks like these are some kind of screenshot from excel. If that’s the case I’m not sure why they couldn’t get something with more clarity.
  • 2 1
@sino428: yup, it definitely is, you can see the "number formatted as text" indicators throughout the place column. more clarity would be clutch, for sure. i was just more commenting to point out that pinkbike itself didn't do this, rather MCBP.

Sorry for the clarity issue. Looked good on our screens and were under the gun to get these up in a timely manner.

@MCBP: Ignore their complaints. At 62, my body is failing, but I'm keeping my speed up as my vision gets more like Mr. Magoo's every day, and I plow over all kinds of s*** I can't see, and I can read them.

@MCBP: My comment wasn't really directed only at this post, but more in general. Its a common thing.

@shredds: Thsnks! This just confirms my understanding that Eliot Jackson is the most intelligent professional rider out there. Guy is seriously awesome.

We're going 7 deep on podiums now? Does everyone get a participation medal?
  • 22 3
Dude... thank you for pointing this out. Ridiculous.
  • 7 4
Participation medals complete with lollipops and pacifiers. Didn't you know ?

How does getting a photo with the top 7 elite racers effect our lives negatively?
  • 8 7
@makripper: how does it affect it positively? Is my life any better due to 7 people now being on the podium? lol sorry to be the one to say this but if your in 7th you don't deserve to be on the podium.

I figured it was a "bring a date" kind of event.

UCI requires payout to 8 places deep for their races
  • 5 0
That was everyone that got paid
  • 3 2
No big deal, I just like going 1, 2, and 3 on the podiums. Never understood going 5 deep or more, but that's just me.
  • 7 1
@WayneParsons: UCI: "You must go seven deep on the podium. It's okay if you are too cheap to actually have a podium big enough...they can just stand awkwardly next to it."
  • 3 1
 @MCBP: that is not true!
  • 3 0
@truehipster: um... nope. Pretty sure we were required to pay out to at least 8 deep and meet the minimum UCI payout amounts in order to get our sanction.
