by Alexa Christensen

bigquotesDesert Days is a women’s open invitation to the desert between Sep 29 and Oct 7. The idea was to create an open and inviting space for women to experience the freedom of freeride. Both professionals and novices gathered for digging, riding, connecting and learning. Chelsea Kimball

Kat is the best!! So many up and coming riders in WA came from her instruction. Stoked to see her getting some publicity here

Shoutout to KaJay! She is doing wonderful things for women in the MTB scene (i.e. Thunderstruck) along with helping to foster a great community at Highland. All of these women are absolute shredders - RedBull needs to get their shit together.

Stoked for you ladies, and the ladies in general. In the end, I'm stoked for fellow human beings enjoying what I too love, riding a bike, feeling progression, and experiencing beauty in nature. Respect.

Hyper's foray into high end MTB is just a running joke at this point, no? How long have these 'prototype' bikes been floating about now?

Either do it, or don't, Hyper.

 Loving Nikki Holzmann’s DILLIGAF attitude.

No point trying to get even close to their level of riding, but I'm afraid I won't even get near their level of creative posing too. Props.

Did Gatto consciously get a plain YT? Can't wait to see what it looks like a few weeks from now.

Pink specialized looks amazing but would look even better with the white marzocchi on it. Nice poses.

I don't think rampage was meant to be an open and inviting space to learn. Progression sessions are great but rampage is a competition. Big round of applause to pinkbike for their absolute bravery
  • 3 1
Based on the bikes, they seem to be there for different reasons.

Yes!!! I've seen some of the videos on IG of the girls going huge warming up! So sick to see this happening! Micayla 3
