Bike Check: Oisin O'Callaghan's YT Capra

Oisin O'Callaghan has been one of the fastest riders during his time as a Junior on the World Cup DH circuit and, with the move to Elite in 2022, he has announced he will be sticking with his tried and testing setup at YT. During the offseason, he has been doing a lot of training for the shift up to Elites and plenty of time has been spent out on his bikes. Oisin is running the size large Capra frame which has enough room in the front triangle for a decent sized water bottle.
For 2022, the team sponsors stay largely the same for Oisin. This will be a big help with the step up to elites as he won't have to learn how any major components feel when racing.
Oisin has TRP's full drivetrain and brake setup on his Capra.
A full Renthal cockpit upfront and Oisin has even opted for the push on Renthal grips rather than lock-ons.

Kaz, and the gang (from what I can see) are mostly absentee. Maybe it’s just slow because is the off season here in NA, but truly, there’s very little that interests me at PB as of recent times and I visit this site less and less. At least if I want to read an article that’s not behind a paywall Freehub is still free.
I see this as a weird trend - so many colours have been similar across brands the last few years… is there only one paint shop in Taiwan? Or is there an infustry Color consultant that is the poo?

Do most Enduro racers use full DH Casing? I have used a DoubleDown casing at several bike parks and have yet to get a flat. However I'm definitely not riding as hard as they are...
In my experience (which is well below enduro racing) the 2ply Minions are way more supportive and give a very planted feel that inspires one to go full speed into rock gardens - which is definitely not the case with EXO, and also DD feels less secure. Riding uphill with 2ply Maxxgrip is no fun.
What’s that on the saddle? What’re the brake pad covers? Is that a slipped derailleur cable plug?

24psi in a Double down casing for 180 pound rider is radically different than 24 psi in EXO casing for 150 pound rider.
